Robotics Competition Challenge (6 Weeks)

This exciting 6-week program introduces students to robotics through a competitive team challenge. Students begin by receiving a game manual and rules for a custom robotics competition.

They work in teams to design, build, and program a robot to compete in challenges such as Capture the Flag, Sumo robots, Battle Bots, obstacle courses, and other strategic games.

Skills Learned: Wiring, electronics integration, 3D modeling, 3D printing, mechanical assembly, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Circuit Building & Electronics Fundamentals (6 Weeks)

This hands-on program focuses on electrical systems, circuit design, and practical electronics skills. Students are guided each week through building circuits that increase in complexity.

The program begins with simple LED and button circuits, then progresses into transistors, ICs, sensors, and wireless control systems.

Skills Learned: Breadboard connections, soldering, wiring conventions, battery safety, short-circuit prevention, troubleshooting and sensors.

Advanced Robotics Engineering Lab (8–12 Weeks)

This advanced program takes students through increasingly complex robotic systems. Students begin by building a robotic car, then progress to a robotic arm, and finally a quadrupedal walking robot.

Skills Learned: Circuit building, voltage regulation, trigonometric functions, inverse kinematics, CAD design, simulations, manufacturing and safe use of power tools.

3D Printing & Product Design Workshop (6 Weeks)

This creative program teaches students how to bring ideas to life using OnShape and 3D printing technology.

Students learn to design 3D models, transform them into physical products, and understand printer setup, troubleshooting, and material behavior.

Skills Learned: CAD modeling, printer operation, material science (PLA, ABS, TPU & PETG), printing overhangs, troubleshooting failed prints, and assembly.
